What is Field Name? - (MS-Access)

 

The name used to identify the data stored in the field is field name.

• A field name should be descriptive of the contents of the data to be entered in the field.

• It can be 64 character long and can consist of letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters, except a period, and exclamation point, an accent grave (-), and brackets ( [ ] ).

• A field name can not be started with a space.
