What are the differences between internet and email?

The internet is the generic term for the connection between computers, e-mail is a way of sending messages along those connections. It's like the difference between the telephone system and a phone call.
Basically the Internet is a word describing the virtual world, connecting available computers, networks and such online. Email is "Electronic Mail" Basically it's just like the postal service put in a mail box, sept it's online.
