WRITE or WRITE # Statement

  • The WRITE or WRITE# statement is used to store one or more data items to the specified file using either OUTPUT or APPEND mode.
  • Syntax:
    • WRITE # file number, data 1, data 2
  • Eg:
    • WRITE #1, n$, roll
