Cloud computing
Cloud computing is a model for delivering information technology services in which resources are retrieved from the internet through web-based tools and applications rather than a direct connection to a server. Data and software packages are stored in servers; however, a cloud computing structure allows access to information as long as an electronic device has access to the web. This type of system allows employees to work remotely.

The advantages of cloud computing are as follows:
- Cloud computing is probably the most cost efficient method to use, maintain and upgrade.
- Storing information in the cloud gives almost unlimited storage capacity.
- Since all the data are stored in the cloud, backing it up and restoring the same is relatively much easier than storing the same on a physical device.
- Once registered in the cloud, the information and data can be accessed from anywhere, where there is an internet connection.
